The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean, and the A/c worked great. The location was convenient too. But the shower water smelled bad, and I had to go to the front desk three times to get my sensitive keys reset. Don't use the laundry service: our clothes came back damaged, and some things were missing.

The food and hotel itself were decent, but the hospitality was hostile enough that I wouldn't recommend staying here. One waitress served me rudely, as if I were some stranger she didn't want to deal with. At the front desk, one receptionist with glasses was sweet, but the other was harsh when asking when I would check out, and she was rude again when I actually left. Employees like that should be removed from the hotel.

The rooms were cozy, but the hotel needs maintenance throughout and didn't feel worth the full price. The food was also disappointing for what it cost. What made the stay better was the staff. Even during a hurricane, they did what they could to keep us comfortable. Thank you so much.

The breakfast was great, and the people working here were so nice and did their best to make us comfortable. My room was clean, and the mattress was good, which matters a lot to me. The A/C was a bit loud at first, though after a while I stopped noticing it.
