The front desk service was excellent, and I'd come back. My room was clean, modern, and nice, with AC. The stay was good overall, though the beds were too hard for my back.

Parking felt very secure, with two watchmen there all night, and food was close enough to walk to. Inside, the place was clean and modern, with hot showers and super fast wifi. The room felt cramped, and the tiny elevator took forever. I thought it was a little overpriced.

The place itself is good, but the administrative staff need to pay closer attention to reservations. We paid by bank transfer, yet at check-in reception had no record of it. We had to sort it out and prove all over again that we'd already paid.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the place was neat, tidy, and very modern. The bed was just so hard that I woke up with a backache each day of our 3 day stay. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

For a business trip to Guadalajara, this is a good place to rest. The rooms are clean, parking is available, and the value for money is great. The plaza just below the hotel has at least three great food options and a coffee shop, and access is easy.
