The staff were super friendly, and the price is reasonable. The hotel is also right across from the convention I had to attend, so maybe I'd stay again for those reasons. But the rest of my experience wasn't great. Breakfast was horrible, something I'd only eat in a rush or if desperate. Their coffee machine was out of order, though they did have free courtesy water. My room's internet on the third floor didn't work for a full 24 hours. I told the front desk, since the phones don't work, and was told a technician would check the router, but that never happened. On the second day I spoke to another desk attendant, who came up and confirmed the WiFi wasn't working. They moved me to another room on the same floor, where it finally worked on my phone and laptop. There was no hairdryer in the room either. I had to ride the elevator down to ask for one, and they handed it to me. Pretty inconvenient.

Horrible place, the room was smaller than a dorm and the breakfast was inedible. Toiletries? Ha, ha, bring your own. Lobby coffee was the only good thing. We booked three nights and barely stayed one.

The building was clean and great, with all the SARS-COV-2 precautions in place. Breakfast was the one issue: it wasn't bad, but the taste wasn't great either.

The rooms are comfy and cheap, and the bathrooms were clean. The location is good too. Mornings at the restaurant can get a bit crowded.
