What are you supposed to do in a situation like this, just get stranded? We arrived at hotel Menavi, where the cleaning lady told us there was no room for us at that property and sent us to another building a couple of blocks away. She had us pay, and we went along. About nine blocks later we stopped and insisted on speaking with the manager. She was rude and uncooperative, and told us to cancel. When we pushed back, they took us to a very small room in the building beside the original location. It had no TV or fan and was very noisy. The owner was misleading and unprofessional.

My favorite place to stay in León for a few days. It's very private and so cheap.

Quiet and clean, with cable, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a personal TV. There's food next door or an OXXO down the street.
