I booked this place for a conference where I was meant to meet international partners, but I couldn’t sleep the first night because I felt itchy. At first I thought it was mosquitoes. The next day, while lying on the bed and writing an email, I saw a red speck moving toward me. When I turned on the light, there were bedbugs all over the pillow and bed. This was room 314. They denied there was a problem and refused to offer another room. I see more reviews about this issue, and it looks like they still haven’t done anything. Not hygienic at all.

The room they first gave me was full of bedbugs. They moved me, but the next bed had them too, so changing rooms didn’t solve anything. The service and facilities were terrible. Don’t book here.

The staff were fine, but the stay itself was a poor experience. The replacement room was above a conference room, and a very loud presentation over a microphone, along with the applause, came straight through the floor and walls. Before that, our room’s AC kept cutting out, and after several calls for help they finally moved us. The key cards stopped working on the second day, and the new ones didn’t work either.

The room was in rough shape: the desk chair was falling apart, the bed frame too, and the sheets were stained. Water from the shower head sprayed sideways and soaked the toilet paper. Breakfast wasn’t great either, and they raised prices when we booked even though the hotel was mostly empty. They also wouldn’t help with our luggage. Worst hotel I’ve been to. I’d recommend trying a City Express or Holiday Inn.
