The owner and his family are nice, and it’s close to the centro. You get a key, so you can come and go whenever you like, and there’s a minimarket a one-minute walk away. The sleeping room gets a bit cold in winter, and proper curtains would be nice. There’s just one power socket for the whole room, though an extension cord with multiple sockets would fix that. One of the mattresses is too hard.

The room was clean and cost 230 pesos for my one-night stay. The owner was really friendly and used gestures to help me understand, since I don’t speak Spanish. The shower and toilet were shared. I’d hoped to try the Peruvian restaurant for lunch, but checkout was at 10 a.m. and it didn’t open until noon, so I gave up.

The welcome was warm, and it’s a good value for the price. The location is excellent, though the sunbed is uncomfortable. For more privacy, I’d recommend a shared room with family or friends. Book as much as two months ahead. A good option if you’re only staying the night.

The owner is really friendly, and the beds are comfortable. It feels cozy and homey, and even if the decor isn’t luxurious, the place is always very clean :3 It’s well located for walking to the city center and easy to reach by public transport. If you’re into soccer, they are too and will invite you to watch 😋
