There are palapas, which are a nice touch, and they lend beach chairs and tables. The staff were friendly the whole time, and the rooms have what you need. We got a room with air conditioning, which I thought was excellent. It's a lovely hotel, very reasonably priced considering there isn't much else like it nearby. The facilities and pool were clean. I'd definitely come back without hesitation.
A quiet, comfortable hotel with a family feel, right by the beach. The staff were always very friendly. We'll be back next year.
Be careful with this hotel. We had a horrible experience. After the owner had an altercation with someone, the response was to call the town. People showed up with radios and motorcycles, hinting at weapons, and harassed all the guests even though none of us was involved. The tourist police did nothing, they protect the town. The owner's son then cut power to the whole hotel, leaving us without lights or water until we left. It was 11 pm, and since our checkout was at 7 am, we stayed through the night without AC or water. The owner refused a refund and asked for a patrol car to be there when we checked out, to make sure we didn't steal or damage anything. Motorcycles kept coming and going all night, making noise on purpose to scare us. The service was awful, and there were cockroaches everywhere.
The hotel was in poor shape, with insects and cobwebs, and they only clean every three days. The staff were rude, didn't ask before doing things, wouldn't answer questions, and replied rudely.
The owner's service was very good, but the rooms looked dirty, smelled bad, and didn't seem to be cleaned well. I don't think the bed linens are changed, and there were cockroaches. The place is very old and needs remodeling. There's no TV, and the internet is very slow.
