The rooms were clean, and I liked the pool area. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the small town center. Breakfast doesn’t cater to dietary needs, so if you’re vegetarian or gluten free, fruit is the only option. Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. Some staff were very friendly, while others came across grumpy and rude. The price seemed high for the off season, though I don’t know how it compares with other hotels nearby.

Our room had a big balcony, but the air conditioning units were directly below it and made quite a bit of noise. The bathrooms had weak flushing, and we really didn’t like the breakfast. The hotel itself is very basic. There’s a small grocery with laundromats nearby, which came in handy while we were on the way.

The rooms have been renovated and are spacious and very nice. The pool and bar area make for a pleasant setting. Wi-Fi has gotten better, but it still isn’t quite there.

The room had no refrigerator, microwave, safe, hair dryer, body lotion, or Kleenex. The amenities listed on the website haven’t been updated in years. There’s no restaurant for meals beyond breakfast, no shuttle, and no bicycle rentals.

From outside, the hotel doesn’t look like much, but inside there’s a lovely courtyard with a nice pool and a full service bar beside it. Our room was clean and furnished nicely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s close to the plaza, about a five-minute drive.
