We were supposed to stay in the Suite but ended up in the loft instead, and that upgrade became a nightmare. There was no soundproofing, as you can hear in the video, and the windows seemed like they might not hold up to the wind. Between September and December, you might not be able to sleep there. It was a frightening night, probably my worst experience at a $200 hotel. We were so worn out that we went back to CDMX on Sunday morning just to rest.

Getting to the town center was easy, just a short walk to the market square and its many cafes. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with options for everyone. Our room was spotless, and the staff were attentive and keen to make our stay pleasant. Communication before and during the visit was seamless.
