I've been to this centre three times, and every visit has been amazing. The rooms are clean and well kept, the food is healthy and tasty, and the teachers are incredible and so supportive. Isha Judd comes for special events and spends a lot of time with the students. Highly recommended.
The setting is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, but they don’t take feedback about the food or how things are organized. The food was bad, and the rooms were very basic. During our whole week, they never changed the towels or linens.
For inner growth and healing, I can’t imagine a better place.
The teachers and facilitators are loving and stay with you through the process. It’s a place to get back to yourself, let go of the mind’s limitations, and find your heart. A great fit for those of us who’ve chosen to live with loving awareness.
A few days here felt like a gift to myself, a chance to focus on self-love and awareness. It’s an experience you have with yourself.
