The staff are wonderful and happy to help, and the on-site restaurant is worth taking advantage of. The heated pool looks dated, but it’s still enjoyable. It’s a good place to stay if you want a quiet night away from downtown’s loud music.

It’s clean and modern, easy to find, and a taxi into the town centre is simple, around 70 pesos. The pool is nice, though it could use a proper cleaning. Drinks by the pool were disappointing, with warm, expensive Coke and hardly any ice. They didn’t offer nuts or chips either, so it didn’t make us want to try the restaurant. Front desk staff were great.

The pool was the only really nice thing here. I came expecting a spa because they claim to be a five-star hotel, but there wasn’t one. The food was mediocre, and staff weren’t friendly or helpful. The receptionist didn’t check my reservation properly and put me in the wrong room. After three days, we finally moved to the room and service I’d actually paid for. Things also “disappeared” during the move. The beds felt like they were from the 1980s, and the blankets were stiff. Honestly, I’ve stayed in better motels. Spend your money elsewhere.

We arrived late, but they took care of us. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were nice, and the restaurant had good service and great food. My kids loved the pool. It was only a quick one-night stay, but a good one.
