The room was clean and the area pretty quiet, and the staff were nice. The shower had good water pressure, too. Still, I wouldn’t come back. The beds are so hard I was tossing around like a rotisserie chicken all night, and there’s no free breakfast despite what they say. The restaurant is across the street, though the food is good. The location is perfect for exploring the area, but that doesn’t make up for the bed. There’s a small gym with everything I’d need for a good workout. The bar is small and just okay. I had a few beers for 40 pesos each, about $2.50 US, but there’s no music, only a TV showing movies or shows. It’s not much of a place to hang out, though it works for a nightcap. For the price, it’s not worth staying here, even with the decent shower.

I spent most of my one-night stay at the piano bar in the lobby. Service was good, drinks were inexpensive, and it was easy to head straight up to my room by elevator without driving. The rooms were clean, but small, and not really suited to plus-sized people.

I was here for 16 days after a medical procedure in Matamoras, and the friendly hotel staff made the stay easy. The room service was convenient and good, while the restaurant staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious with plenty of windows, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The decor could use updating, but everything was in good repair. There was a small fridge; I would’ve liked a microwave too. It suited my needs well otherwise. The hotel is centrally located, near the market, and the bar has cheap drinks. I’d recommend it.

We stayed a few days and the staff were so nice and helpful. I needed reliable internet to work from the hotel, so they made sure our room had the best connection they could offer. They also let me use their printer. I felt comfortable and was really happy with the service.

The hotel is nice, though the beds weren’t as soft as I’d expected. I also couldn’t adjust the A/C temperature in the room. It was okay, but I like sleeping with the air really cold 🥶.
