Fray Bartolomé de Las Casas 305

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the rooms were a huge disappointment after how good the photos and reviews looked. We visited this weekend. Cleaning is badly needed: the sofa bed was filthy, and when I opened it up, the mattress was awful and dirty too. There were no clean sheets, only a blanket and two terrible pillows. My back hurt the next morning. We couldn't shower because no water came out at all. The sink had only a trickle, so washing my face and brushing my teeth were nearly impossible. The coffee maker reservoir had water residue and smelled bad. The terrace door had no lock, so it wouldn't close. On top of everything, some kind of alarm beeped every 10 seconds all day and kept going at night while we were trying to sleep. With cleaning so overdue and the facilities in such poor shape, I won't be coming back.
