Cabin #3 looks just like the photos, and the cleanliness was a full 10/10. We had trouble with the service, though: the hot tubs are advertised as working, but ours didn't. When we asked for help, they sent a picture that didn't show what we needed. We said it still wasn't working, but no one came or offered further help. There were lots of bugs, though that's normal in nature. I'd rate security 5/10 because there are too many hosts in the group and your code could be leaked. The distance from the center gets 4/10. It's a 20-minute walk, the streets aren't flat, and they feel very rough at night. If you're arriving by car, I think this place could work very well.

The jacuzzi was spotless and worked perfectly. The bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower had strong, consistently hot water and could use a bit more cleaning. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center, and the arrival and stay instructions were clear and concise. We didn't cook, though the kitchen utensils seemed very basic, and there wasn't a place to wash dishes. A corkscrew would be handy, but it's not essential. Good value for the price.

The stone walls and floors make this place feel quite luxurious. It's welcoming, clean, and beautiful, with lots of room and good lighting. The bed is large and really comfortable, and there's a fireplace and a smoke detector. The spacious jacuzzi has hydromassage.

The host was friendly and attentive throughout, ready to help whenever something came up. We were there as a family, though I can see it being a great choice for couples too. I loved how private and quiet it was. Entry is by a unique code, which made me feel safe, and it's a lovely place to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water, a jacuzzi, a TV with Netflix, plus a microwave and mini-fridge. They're not within walking distance of the city center, but I think the location is still good. I'd recommend these rooms, and we hope to come back soon.

We won't be coming back to the Hummingbird cabin. There were bugs, and my wife even spotted a spider on the pillow. The coffee maker was filthy, and a big bag of trash had been left in one of the drawers, making it seem as if the place hadn't been cleaned. The jacuzzi smelled like sewage the first time we used it, and sewage was coming out. The water swung between too hot and too cold. The railing to the upper level was literally breaking and creaked as we walked on it. I know it's wood, but we were told the cabin was practically new, so I don't know what to make of that. Communication was poor, and they kept 1,000 pesos from the reservation. I really expected the person in charge to return it, but apparently they ignored me. We don't know why the service at this cabin was so bad.
