The gardens and trees around the cabins make for a lovely setting, and the cabins themselves look great and feel cozy. Still, for a place that isn’t cheap, basics like firewood, toilet paper, and having the dishes done should be handled more simply. Those are minor complaints, and I’d still give Sierra Vista Cabañas another try.

The forest and grill were the best parts of the trip. The setting itself is beautiful and peaceful, but the customer service was terrible. Asking for anything felt like the hotel staff thought they were doing us a favor. The price is too high for what you get, and the adventure park feels very old. They need to do something about the way they treat customers.

It’s a lovely place to get away from noise with family. The kids can walk through the woods, breathe fresh air, and feel safe.

The activities were awesome and the service was very polite. The only problem was the internet.
