Few developers in Mazatlán’s real estate market seem to understand how much the Historic Center matters. Flor del Pacífico is one of them. Villa Vicario is a well-planned project in a good location, with a clear value proposition for buyers.

The design has real character, and you can tell there’s a lot of thought and soul behind it. Villa Vicario is also perfectly placed in the Historic Center, only steps from Plazuela Machado and the Ángela Peralta Theater. I really enjoyed visiting.
