The quiet, spacious room and the pool gave us a welcome place to unwind, even with the hotel right in the center. What really made our stay, though, was Gino and his team. They were warm from the start, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their personal care made us feel looked after throughout. The accommodations were excellent, and we’d absolutely come back.

The people here are as kind, warm, and happy to help as the city itself. My room was cool, peaceful, and nicely set up, and the entrance is beautiful, with more to see as you go farther in. Breakfast is included, and it’s fresh and delicious, nothing like the usual. From this spot in downtown Merida, you can walk off in any direction to find something, whether that’s a quiet plaza by day or a good restaurant later on. I’ll be back.

At “Acqua In Bocca” in Mérida’s historical centre, I spent mornings reading one of the books on the shelves over coffee before breakfast. The decor is such an unusual mix of colors, books, curious and carefully done lighting. Breakfast came with our stay each morning, with generous portions of fresh, delicious food, and the barista coffees were fantastic. I especially liked the flat white. Ruth shared tips on lovely places to visit, while Gino kept us happy with warm teas, water, prosecco and smiles. The private swimming pool was great for a few short laps and a quiet break. One of my favorite hotel stays from all my travels. Gino and Ruth made it special.

The rooms and pool were great, and breakfast was a nice extra. We had a really good short stay in merida, with friendly, helpful hotel staff. It’s close enough to the main hub while still being quiet enough to relax, and I’d recommend it to others looking for that.

The room was so quiet even on a lively street, and we could walk to lots of places. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I loved the shower lighting and built-in bench, and the bed and pillows were so cozy I wished I could take them home. I slept like a baby every night. Breakfast was delicious each day, with fresh eggs, avocado, tomato, cheese, juice and fruits etc. My husband was especially happy about having coffee options like cappuccino all day. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and a special thanks to Adriana for the wonderful hospitality. This was the best part of our nearly four weeks in Mexico. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely return, hopefully to the same room. Muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!
