The rooms were extremely clean, communication was excellent, and the staff even arranged transportation to the restaurant where we had a reservation. I got the best hospitality I've ever experienced at a hotel. Breakfast and coffee usually weren't served until a little after 7 a.m., but they made an exception and had coffees ready for us at 5 a.m. before our early flight. I highly recommend staying here!

We planned on staying four nights, but ended up adding four more because the staff made us feel so at home. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We also got to try the tasting menu before NAI Conexion Atlantica opened. The food and service made it a great experience. We'd happily come back 😊

The gardens and architecture at Delfina Boutique Hotel are beautiful, and the team made us feel welcome throughout our anniversary stay in the Delfina Suite. We visited in late August and were pleasantly surprised by the price for a place that felt so luxurious. Since our Spanish isn't very good, staff always found someone to help translate, and they were warm and attentive. After the first night, the AC leaked. The staff quickly moved us to the next best suite while they handled the repair, and let us keep both rooms so we didn't have to move all our things back and forth. We felt very well looked after, and are already thinking about returning.

We really enjoyed the suite and will definitely come back to this lovely city. The room was spotless, and the big deck was a great place to have lunch.

Of all the hotels we've tried in Merida over the years, this one was our favorite. The room was fantastic, the food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We'd definitely stay here again.
