The staff were the best part, super nice and genuinely helpful. They helped us get a cab, arrange laundry, and confirm we had the right ADO bus booked. They’re a great representation of Mérida. Breakfast was amazing, while the dinner options were decent but not great. Because American Airlines is a terrible company, I stayed here for two nights before heading to Cancun. I’d stay again in a pinch. The air in the room was okay and the bed was super comfortable. Don’t drink the water, even for brushing your teeth.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the airport. Eduardo served me in the restaurant and was really helpful and friendly. He gave good recommendations, and the food was very good too.

We needed somewhere near the airport for a 6 am flight, and this did the job. The pool was good and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are dated, there were a couple of insects, and the towels weren’t the cleanest you’ll ever see, but it worked for what we needed.

Eduardo B was such an excellent server, always friendly and smiling when we saw him. Thanks, Eduardo. I hope we see you again next time!

It’s close to the airport, reasonably priced, and the rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated. The A/C in my room wasn’t working, though. There were bedbugs, and both guests and staff used foul language.
