The place itself was clean, neat, modern, minimalist, and centrally located. But the staff made me leave early. I felt a clear passive-aggressive attitude from them, either disdain or intolerance, and didn't feel welcome. The advertised friendly bilingual staff only said "checkour" in English during my experience. At one point I was told the elevator was broken, I guess because they never spoke English to me. But soon after, a guest from the third floor came to the desk and took that same elevator upstairs. It was a heartbreaking experience. I only wanted to learn and enjoy your beautiful country, and instead my heart was broken.

We stayed in the "suite" for just one night, and I expected much better. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, which my kids really needed, and was denied. I asked for a spoon for them, and was denied again. Then I asked for bottled water or even a night snack. Denied. The staff had a terrible attitude, and I found them worthless. Never again!

Having a car is great here. If you're walking around the city, it might not be your first choice.

The location is great, and the rooms were extremely clean. The room cleaners are the reason I’d give the service a good rating. At reception, they seemed focused on just doing the basics and showed little interest in helping guests. When we asked for nearby restaurant suggestions, they couldn’t help. Kids were also shouting in the hallways and at the pool, with nobody stepping in to quiet things down.
