The pool isn’t somewhere I’d recommend using, and the place is very noisy. It’s also far, far from downtown. The tiny rooms were dirty and nothing like what the pictures led me to expect. Definitely a place to avoid.

We had an appointment nearby, and after checkout the staff kept our bags safe for three hours. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the pool was cleaned and recirculated daily. It’s a comfortable, basic hotel at a good price, right across from Clinica de Merida.

The rooms were okay, and the staff were helpful and spoke English. The restaurant was filthy and unclean, so I’d recommend getting breakfast at the restaurant across the street in the hospital.

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the staff, service, and value for the price were excellent. Highly recommended, and thanks!

The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the toilet area was very cramped.
