For a basic room, it’s good for the price. The location is good, about half an hour from the city center. My room had a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, hot and cold water, and cable TV. I recommend it! 👌

It’s affordable, but really dirty. There were cockroaches, and they only gave us one small towel. The room's air conditioning didn't work, and the TV wouldn't turn on at all.

A dirty, neglected place that takes advantage of people who need somewhere to stay. It's across the street from an IMSS orthopedic clinic, and many foreigners come here. The bathrooms are miserable, there's no hot water, the towels are torn, the walls are peeling, and there are spiders and cobwebs.

We’re from Chetumal, and this hotel turned out to be our best choice. The gentleman who works there is fantastic, 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend him. Especially if you're on a tight budget and have a family member in the hospital for obvious reasons, this hotel is your best option. It deserves more stars.

I had a medical appointment recently that took two days, and I was surprised by the pleasant atmosphere and how renovated everything was. The staff were very friendly, and even the receptionist asked if we wanted room cleaning. Honestly, 10/10.
