Kuxtal Hotel Boutique

We only stayed one night, but I could easily have stayed much longer. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely gesture, and the hospitality was wonderful. Our “Luna” room was huge, and so was the bathroom. They provided everything we needed: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, a hairdryer, bathrobe, and pool towels. It's a cozy, welcoming hotel just a few blocks from the main square. Thank you so much!

We were very happy after moving from our original Agua booking to an upgrade to Luna. The hotel was in a great location and very quiet at night. Staff were absolutely amazing, and we looked forward to the lovely fruit, granola, and yoghurt breakfast every morning during our 4 nights there. It's a small boutique style hotel with exceptional service. We'll definitely return one day.

We booked on a whim and found a real hidden gem in Merida. Our family of 5 was made to feel very welcome, and the staff helped with whatever we needed. They brought an ice cold, delicious mango smoothie, set up the room for an extra kid at no extra charge, and brought more blankets. For what we paid, the room was surprisingly beautiful and spacious, great value for money. Inside, the hotel is clean, quiet, and lovely. The pool area was well kept, and the pool was a bit bigger than we expected. It's not huge, but you can swim. The room had everything stocked except a stove, including a fridge, microwave, and dolce gusto coffee machine, plus 2 smart TVs, one in each room. And that shower was perfect, with steady temperature and good pressure. They offer daily cleaning and take care of what you need. Breakfast choices are fruit with granola or hot cakes with banana and whipped cream, plus hot coffee and juice. A perfect breakfast 😊

A few blocks from the main square, this feels like a classy little oasis. The rooms have high ceilings and lovely old doors, and the staff are friendly.
