It felt so welcoming, and this was the best stay I had in Mexico. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the owner Maurizio was kind and a great help. I arrived on the night bus and my room was ready right away. I also got all the necessary information two days ahead, so everything went smoothly. There was everything you need and more: a fridge to use, a washing machine, and water for refilling bottles. There's a kitchen where you can make coffee, get hot water, or use the microwave.

We felt at home here. Maurizio is very kind, and there's everything you need, including water and somewhere to wash your clothes. It's well located, not far from the city center, and there's usually a place to park in front. Yutsil, a small restaurant, is just a few meters away. A great base for visiting Merida.

Mauricio was a wonderful host, always ready to help. The common kitchen is really clean and well equipped, and the sofas are comfortable. There's a store nearby, plus lots of cafes and bars. I'd definitely stay here again!
