Las Dalias Inn

Great atmosphere and a convenient spot close to everything. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The doorman was nice, and the location was quiet. We only stayed one night before moving to another hotel. The price is low, but the condition reflects that: the building is old, and it hasn’t been looked after well. There was dirt under the beds, yellow stains on the old pillows and covers, and mold below the AC and in the bathroom. The shower head needs cleaning or unclogging, since only seven or eight holes worked and rinsing off soap or shampoo was difficult. They really need better management.

The pool was nice, and the place just had a divine energy. The staff were great to talk with and gave me helpful tips for places to visit and getting around the city. They also accommodated my cleaning requests really well. Best hotel in mérida :))

We could hear everything in the hall all night through the thin walls. We chose this hotel partly because it was away from downtown and expected it to be quiet. The room had stains on the sheets and walls, maybe mold or urine, I’m not sure. Two of the four lights didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Those seem like basic things a hotel should check. We also had to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes at check-in while they verified the reservation we’d made online. They didn’t provide clean drinking water to refill our bottles, either. There are cheaper and better places around town, so I’d look at those instead.
