We felt at home at Casa Amaranto from the moment we arrived. The hosts are friendly and available whenever you need help, and the place is clean and well maintained. It’s in a quiet area close to Mérida's main avenues. The kitchen has everything needed to cook comfortably, and it was a relaxing place to come back to after exploring the city. Highly recommend.

We were really comfortable during our stay of a little over a week. The location was convenient, with several shops nearby, and far enough from the center to be quiet while still no more than 10 minutes away. Our kitchenette helped us save a bit on food, and we were lucky to use the house's parking. We tried to extend almost as soon as we booked. They said the system wouldn't let them do it and that we could arrange it once we arrived, but by then we were told it was already booked. That's the only reason I took stars off for service, which was otherwise excellent.
