There’s no reception, and it’s run a bit like an Airbnb, though the rooms are cleaned daily. We came in late October. The location is handy for buses, restaurants, Walmart and other places, the cleaning staff did a good job, the initial price was reasonable, and the small pool is nice. It also felt secure. The street is busy around the clock. We were put in unit #10, closest to the road, and didn’t sleep at all the first night because of the traffic. I Whats Apped the owner/manager to ask about moving farther away. They offered a quieter unit for an extra 50% on top of the original Bookings.com rate. I wouldn’t agree to that, and they gave us ear plugs instead. Another guest told me they’d had a similar experience. Make of that what you will. Internet was weak and unreliable, working about half the time, and only half of that was good. It seemed to depend on how many people were online. Water pressure was poor, and about half the time there was no hot water, though it never went completely cold. The microwave didn’t work either. Also check the furniture. My wife sat on a chair and it broke, and she broke a glass cup in the process. One of the chair legs had been held in place with tape instead of a screw. We won’t be back.
