The place is airy and beautiful, with a pool, hammocks, and swings where you can relax. The rooms have what you need, including an individual outlet by every bed. I loved my stay, and the owners really make an effort to help you feel at home. I can’t recommend it enough.
The hostel had everything I needed, with clean, modern rooms and facilities, a quiet garden with a hammock, and a pool. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It’s an easy walk to the Came ADO bus station and Merida city centre, and the hostel also lends out bikes for free. Highly recommend.
The hostel was great too: the pool, bathrooms, and bedrooms were impeccably clean, the WiFi was strong, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were the most amazing I’ve ever met, truly going above and beyond. We arrived early and they gave us cold water while we waited, then checked us in ahead of time. They also called around to help find the cheapest car rental in Merida, and made me a special breakfast after learning I have a gluten allergy. Such kindhearted people. 10/10 would recommend!
The dorm beds were comfortable and inexpensive, while the private rooms were high quality and suited to a couple or even a small group. The staff were amazing, went out of their way to give good service, and knew Merida well. We extended our stay and would love to come back. I’d recommend it to anyone.
The staff are keen to explain in detail how to get places and which sights to put first. I’ve never stayed at a more helpful hostel. There’s a sweet dog living on site, and a grocery store nearby. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but filling hehe. The walk to the historic centre is easy enough, around 15-20 minutes.
