Hotel Don Quijote

I went out to buy dinner and came back to find my work phone, $70, a USB cable, and a t-mobile Hotspot stolen from my room. I used Google tracker, and at first it showed the phone at the hotel. Later, while I kept calling it, the location disappeared. I suspect the reception guy took it. He was defensive, wanted me gone that night, and wouldn’t let me check the place where I thought the phone was. When I complained, he tried to fight me and called me the "N" word three times. He removed my things from the hotel and threatened to break or damage my car if I didn’t leave. I was in a foreign country waiting for a meeting in the morning, and I couldn’t call police because I don’t speak or understand Spanish. I decided to leave and use this channel to review them. I ended up paying for another night at a better hotel. If you’re traveling from the USA, know that I felt targeted here. Save your life and property. Don’t sleep at this hotel.

The only decent thing was what was on TV. Everything else was bad. There was a bedbug on the bed, and the pillow had stains.

I really enjoyed my stay here and love coming back. The hotel is the best, with good administration and nice people working there.

The rooms were clean, but some of the services weren’t very good.
