The lobby feels very secure, with staff checking quickly that people belong there. Two employees asked me within my first three minutes whether I had business there. Inside, the place is also very nice and clean.

The location was horrible, and customer service wasn't much better. Each employee seemed to have their own rules, and the restaurant staff were lazy.

The neighborhood around the hotel isn't great, but Santa Fe is very close, and you pay a fraction of what you'd pay there. The hotel itself is great.

The room was spotless, with very comfortable beds and good pillows that could still be better. There’s AC if you need it. The toilet area is cramped, and its glass door has no lock. The shower is roomy and well designed, but its glass door has no lock either, so there’s no privacy. If those doors don’t bother you, the rooms are a 10/10. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the service there was great. At the front desk, though, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Our room had no towels, so we had to ask, and we also had to request the Wi-Fi password. They gave it to us reluctantly. The location is somewhere in the middle, neither the worst nor the best. For the price, I think it’s good: other hotels with the same amenities can cost three or four times as much, though they’re in better areas. I’d recommend it if getting around isn’t an issue for you.
