BelAir Business a Wyndham Garden Hotel

Getting around was easy from here, with Avenida Insurgentes, public transport, and lots of restaurants just steps away. The rooms were fine, but sounds carry from the hall and neighboring rooms because they aren't well soundproofed. Since the hotel runs a shuttle between Mexico City and AIFA (Felipe Ángeles International Airport), groups on tours come through, and they can be quite loud. It's an old, unattractive place under renovation, with a terrible lobby. Breakfast was bad and the front desk was slow. At the same price, Fiesta Inn and other places are better options.

I couldn't sleep because the rooms were so noisy. The breakfast was terrible, too. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.

The room had a classic, distinctive style that felt welcoming, and mine was upgraded. I slept wonderfully, thanks to a very comfortable bed and pillows. I also loved having a desk facing a beautiful view. From arrival onward, service was top-notch. Staff took care of my luggage promptly and answered my questions professionally. Dinner was delightful, and both the service and the captain were friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend the WTC Hotel for a wonderful stay. Best, Ana Palomar

Our room was dirty, with dried blood on the main window curtain, and the bathroom had almost no toiletries, just a tiny shampoo bottle and some disgusting soap in the shower. I worry this hotel could make someone sick. We were sent here by our airline, but the low standard of cleanliness and customer service was shocking. There was old blood on the curtains, as the photos show. The worst part was Ricardo, the concierge. We have USA phone numbers and couldn't make international calls, so we asked if he could simply dial our taxi company. He kept saying it wasn't his problem or the hotel's responsibility, then laughed at us. We weren't asking him to handle everything, only to dial because we didn't know how to call Mexican numbers. Eventually we called the airport, and they said the taxi company would call the hotel to confirm pickup. When we went back, Ricardo deliberately ignored us, which we have on video. About 10 minutes later we asked if the company had called. Again he laughed and said it wasn't his problem. We were only asking whether they'd called. His behavior was appalling, disrespectful, and showed no human decency. He shouldn't be the first person guests meet. We've stayed at thousands of hotels, and this was the worst. Ricardo made an already horrible stay even worse.
