I've been here for a month and really can't understand the negative reviews. It's quiet, incredibly clean, and cozy, with a convenient, pleasant location for day-to-day living. 😊 The team are so friendly and always willing to help. My apartment gets cleaned weekly, and it's spotless every time. They're also pet-friendly, and the staff genuinely love animals, which makes the stay feel even more special. I'm really impressed. It works well for a short or long stay, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

The rooms are cozy, and the area feels safe, though the location isn't the best. Hot water was an issue: it was only slightly warm. Staff could also take a while to reply, sometimes 4-5 hours. Depending on the room, street noise can be loud.

Very cozy rooms, with all the amenities thoughtfully fitted into an apartment that meets everyone's needs. The service was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely come back! 😃

The staff are incredibly attentive, which is the main reason I've returned after my two work stays. The place is clean, and the location suits where I need to go for work. There are also some great restaurants 15-20 minutes away on foot. I'm particular, and I highly recommend this place. I'll stay again if work brings me back to this area.
