Condesa Residence

Condesa Residence felt like a home away from home, and it was wonderfully clean. The location worked perfectly for us, especially with Parque Mexico so close. It was a great playground for our three-year-old. We’ll definitely come back next time.

The location was hard to beat, right in the middle of everything. The place was much bigger than expected and spotless, with a welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The bathroom was a highlight, with a huge shower, strong water pressure, and hot water that lasted even on chilly mornings. I also worked remotely and had a great desk setup and reliable internet throughout our stay. Mario was a fantastic host, quick to answer questions and share helpful tips. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mario's place, one of our best Airbnb experiences. We’ll definitely return when we’re in town.

Condesa is a wonderful neighborhood, friendly, clean, and easy to get around on foot, with plenty of good restaurants and bars. The building is well designed, private, and has good amenities. I’ve stayed at this property four times now, from as briefly as three days to as long as two months. It feels like home, and I keep coming back. I’d highly recommend it for short or long visits to Mexico City.

Both bedrooms had comfortable beds, and everything felt fresh, well cared for, and welcoming. The staff were very responsive, and the cleaning service was impeccable. The apartment sits in a beautiful Art Deco building with original floors that add a lot of charm. Right on Amsterdam Avenue, one of Condesa’s prettiest streets, it’s just a block from Parque México and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. I’d absolutely recommend it as a lovely, comfortable base in Mexico City. I had an exceptional stay.
