Courtyard Mexico City Vallejo

We had a nice one-night stay with my family. The staff were good, breakfast was good, and I liked the view from the room. The coffee could be better. The bathroom was clean and had both hot and cold water. In the room, I wished there had been a microwave, a small fridge, and heat control. I only saw a cool thermostat.

The showers were the main disappointment. The water kept shifting from cold to hot, so a relaxing bath was hard to manage. We told the front desk and they sent someone to work on it. It got a little better, but was still very annoying. The other issue was the men’s restroom in the main lobby, which was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. I’ve never been in a Marriott with such bad public restrooms. The service was great, and being next to the via Vallejo mall is convenient for shopping and food.

After a bad flight with delays and lost bags, plus a sleepless night at another hotel, we were allowed to check in a couple of hours early. We had asked for early check-in and a feather-free room. The peaceful, restful nights here helped us enjoy the rest of our trip. We’ve stayed at many Courtyard by marriott hotels in USA, India and Canada, and The courtyard by Marriottt Mexico City Vallejo was excellent for us. All the front desk members were kind and helpful, especially Marco and Francisco, who were very pleasant and went out of their way to help. Thank you to everyone for a pleasant stay.

We had a good stay for two nights, with a clean room and a decent location. There are two things keeping this from a five-star review. There’s no hotel parking lot, so if you bring a car you have to use the mall parking, which is expensive and inconvenient. Also, the room didn’t have the tub shown in the advertising. Aside from those issues, the experience was good.
