The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft, and there’s a great city view with lots of daylight. The design could be cool if the suite were better maintained. At night, though, it had an eerie feel. There were little bugs on the bathroom wall, no cleaning service, and we had to reuse our towels. The shower had no door or barrier to keep water in or the room’s cool air out. The front desk women were nice, but I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The room itself was nice, though it looked a bit worn and could use work. I liked the location, but getting in was difficult because the password didn’t work. We went down to reception, where they didn’t seem well informed, and there was no one on site available to help. Luckily, we eventually got into our room.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Dirty, messy, and small. The water stopped twice, and when it ran, it was muddy. They never cleaned the room. Totally useless!!!

The bathtub in the room they moved me to didn’t work, and I’m still waiting for someone to fix it. Ms. Elizabeth wouldn’t help, just told me to scan a code and wait for a solution on WhatsApp. This isn’t the first time I’ve been left waiting forever for help, and the way they treat frequent customers is appalling. I won’t come back. I’d changed my booking from Thursday-Monday to Tuesday-Monday. They wanted me to check out at 11 am and check back in at 3 pm, even though another staff member had said I could stay until the new room was ready. Ms. Elizabeth expected me to wait outside at reception for those four hours. Completely lacking in common sense.

Several finishes were worn or poorly done, and at first we had no hot water and a broken bathtub faucet. They moved us to another room, but hot water still wasn’t available for three days. That room also smelled strongly of cigarettes and had no internet.
