The neighborhood around El Piso feels super safe, with lots of great eateries, a Walmart, and everything else we needed just a short walk away. On weekends there's a big market around the corner with amazing food and all sorts of things for sale, definitely worth seeing while staying here. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and clean, just as advertised. It has a smart TV, balcony, stove, microwave, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, fridge, and supplies for a small kitchen. The daytime staff member keeps the grounds spotless and can bring fresh towels or other things if you ask. She's very friendly and good at figuring out what we needed, even though I can't speak any Spanish. For check-in, call the number through WhatsApp. It's virtual, and for safety the digital key only arrives a day or two before check-in. They change the code after each visit. The process was seamless and smooth. Great place to stay, 5 stars! Tip the staff member, she works hard.
