There’s always a guy at the front keeping watch, which made the place feel safe. The room was clean and simple, with fairly new furniture and decor. You get what you pay for. The bathroom stayed humid, so we couldn’t get our towels dry, and a building site started making noise quite early in the morning.

For a cheap place to sleep, it worked well for the price. Our room had a window, luckily, because the ones without one feel like caves. It’s just a very small room and bathroom, with no TV or pool. The museum is close by, and so is the upscale part of Mexico city. Liverpool shopping center is half a block away, with Prada, Micheal Korrs, Guess, and lots of other big names.

Comfortable little room, and the price was great. The location was great too, though it got a bit warm at night.

The location seems to be what you’re paying for, since the place itself was messy. Getting in with the cards and codes was much harder than it should be. The rooms are cramped, with uncomfortable mattresses, dirty blankets, uneven floors, and fans that made noise all night. There aren’t any TVs, and they don’t even provide basic toiletries like shampoo or soap, which you’d get at any Airbnb.
