Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites

I’ve stayed here many times and have always had a pleasant experience. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, along with clubs and spots to relax. The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture are comfortable. A conference room upgrade would be my one suggestion, though it’s not urgent.

The room was spacious and the wifi worked well. This is a good place if you plan to be out and about all the time. People need to quit complaining about the noise when the hotel is right by the clubs and bars. The food around there is bad, so eat somewhere else.

I paid USD 250 a night for a place that should have cost USD 50. It was misleading and disappointing, especially since the listing called it 5 stars when it’s really a 3-star property in poor condition. The main elevator was broken, an abandoned car blocked the entrance, and no staff were around to help. In my room, the phone didn’t work, the minibar was empty, and there was no room service. They sent a message after I paid saying they wouldn’t accept noise complaints, and I can see why: nearby bars made it impossible to sleep until 4 a.m.

The staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast had a huge choice and was really satisfying. We felt safe walking around at any time, with clubs, bars, and restaurants close by. Our suite, 202, faced the back of the hotel instead of the street, so the lively late-night noise didn’t disturb us. I’d suggest requesting a suite away from the street if possible. The room was a little outdated, but very spacious and VERY clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the Eurostars Hotel in Zona Rosa and would definitely return.
