I spend about 209 days a year on the road and have ConceirgeKey, ambassador elite and globalist status. I've never encountered a worse manager in any hotel than Laura. She was rude, useless and honestly disgusting. I booked through a 3rd party APP, and the reservation hadn't come through yet. It was a simple fix, but this awful woman handled it terribly and should be fired quickly. Fortunately, Jorge stepped in and solved the problem. Great job, Jorge.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. I also had a fantastic view of Bosque de Chapultepec. I'm here for a conference, and the staff and hotel have gone beyond what I expected. It's a great place to walk after work, and everyone has been super friendly and seems genuinely concerned that guests have what they need.

The location made getting around easy, with places to visit in walking distance between the Polanco area and Roma Norte. Chapultepec Park is right across the street and lovely for a walk, and Reforma Boulevard is also reachable on foot. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had a great stay, and I'd definitely recommend this fantastic 5-star hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City who wants easy access to the main tourist areas.

Service was outstanding, and the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and modern, with good bedding. Breakfast was good and the food quality was solid. There's somewhat limited space for walking around, though everything else is close by. Wi-Fi was good too.
