We had a great four-night stay. Breakfast was a hit every morning, the rooms were spacious, and the service felt incredibly welcoming. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s easy to catch a quick Uber to Chapultepec Park or El Zócalo. I don’t usually book Holiday Inns back home, but this one impressed me. The only small drawback was no mini-fridge, and it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Highly recommend.

I usually stay at Holiday Inns when I’m in the US, but the breakfast here had a distinctly Mexican selection alongside American food. It was incredible and very well organized. Maria Jose ran the kitchen like a Marine, and there were lots of service workers. In the States, you might be lucky to see two people working the buffet.

The rooms were average, but the bilingual staff were friendly and the location close to everything downtown worked perfectly for us. We were lucky enough to be here during the día de los muertos parade, which was an outstanding event to attend.

When I’m in Mexico City for business, this is where I stay. Reforma 222 mall is right next door, and Reforma avenue is just outside. The rooms are clean and practical, and the internet is fast enough for work and video calls with my family. I really enjoy the express breakfast, which has more variety than a typical Holiday Inn Express in the United States. If you want something different, there are lots of breakfast and dinner options in the mall, just a walk away.
