Breakfast was really good, and it was included in our price. The room itself was okay, though a few practical things were off. There was no fridge for food or drinks, and the bathroom hair dryer had a very short cord, making its placement awkward to use. The power outlets were too narrow for two standard phone chargers.

The quiet was a real plus, and the rooms were spacious, with a great sunrise view. Service from the front desk and restaurant staff was decent too. Still, this Holiday Inn "Full," not the Express, felt pretty mediocre. The rooms looked worn around the headboards, bathrooms, and other details. Towels were rough like sandpaper, and they were stingy with amenities, even toilet paper. Cleaning was poor, with dust around and the bathroom not properly cleaned.

We keep coming back when visiting friends around Santa Fe, and the beds are comfortable, with hot water. Canarios is nearby on foot and makes a very enjoyable breakfast option. A couple of small things to watch for: the shower is dangerously slick, and they don't provide a non-slip mat, so we put a towel down. Also check the soap dispensers before showering, as staff don't seem to check them every day. We bring a bar of soap, so it hasn't been an issue for us.

I couldn't sleep all night because of bed bugs in my room. Their bites left dozens of red spots all over me. A terrible experience.

We had a really good stay. The hotel was quiet and very clean, and everyone was great. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance, and breakfast was delicious. WiFi worked wonderfully too. I'd stay here again.
