It was my first time in Mexico, and after staying in different hotels while exploring the city, the royal treatment here really stood out. The front desk ladies were professional and so nice, and everyone welcomed me with a big smile. The customer service made me feel amazing. ❤️🇲🇽🏆

Loved the greenery and how pretty the hotel is. It’s very close to the historic centre of CDMX, and the price is great. 10/10!

There was plenty of room where I stayed, with big windows looking out over the city. The location is excellent too, with lots of places within walking distance.

Really nice hotel, but the wifi is horrible. Just buy unlimited data for 20$ from someone like holafly.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and it was noisy. They wouldn’t show me a room before I paid, and watching TV required a deposit. The shower door wouldn’t close, and the building was hard to find your way around.
