I picked this hotel for the airport access and the price, and it worked well for both. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, spacious, and practical, and it stayed quiet at night. The shower pressure was good, and breakfast was better than I expected for the price. As a Diamond member I didn’t get many extras, but they did honor my late checkout request, which I appreciated. The mattress felt old and worn and could use replacing, though the bedding was clean and I slept fine. The hotel isn’t dated, but the hallway carpet could use an update and the walls could use fresh paint. A good option for a convenient short stay.

Good value for a layover. The rooms are dated but roomy, breakfast is free and good, and taxis to the airport are quick to get, with drivers on-site. I love the stone floors!

I stayed here last night so I could catch a bus at the TAPO bus station. The rooms felt safe and were clean, and breakfast was great. Not a bad place at all. I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area, and would recommend it.

Freezing room, only one outlet, and it took ten minutes for the hot water to come through. The Wi-Fi didn’t work upstairs. The front desk staff didn’t care and weren’t helpful. Bad service from lazy staff. Don’t bother staying here.

The people handling the food let things run out every day. We repeatedly found no tea bags for the hot water or hot chocolate, even though it was supposed to be available 24/7. At breakfast, we had to ask for items to be refilled every time; just waiting didn’t seem to help, and keeping the buffet stocked didn’t seem like a priority. The front desk and cleaning staff, though, were great. We stayed for 15 days, and the cleaning team was pleasant and ready to help whenever we saw them. We’d ask Alfredo for something almost every day, and he’d bring it to our room as soon as he could so we could get on with our day. The location is pretty good, right on the bus line, and aside from the food service, it’s a decent place to stay.
