I had a wonderful time here! The location is excellent, and I stayed in the Van Gogh’s room, which was so comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for everything!! 🫶🏻 Wishing you all the best!! 🍀✨

There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel feels new, is furnished nicely, and was very clean. But we had no soap or drinking water, and the shower never got hot. Security also seemed limited, with no deadbolts or cameras. I only know a little Spanish and struggled to communicate with the front desk, so speaking Spanish would help here.

The rooms had an artsy idea behind them, but the execution was poor and the customer service was nonexistent. We arrived to find the shower and toilet leaking. They said they'd fix them or move us, so we went out to dinner. At 1 a.m. we couldn't get back into the hotel. They kept hanging up when we called, and nobody answered the doorbell or our knocking for 20 minutes. We booked another hotel and called an Uber, leaving our belongings behind. The driver tried calling and knocking too, with no luck. A friend came over and also knocked. About 30 minutes after we first tried to get in, a very sleepy man finally opened the door, keeping his hood over his face. He wouldn't even give us the key to the room they'd moved us to. That room had no heat or hot water. The next day, nobody apologized. They had also messed up our reservation and said our second night wasn't available. The in-room Nespresso machine had no pods, and we were told we'd have to pay extra for them. Only after I was very firm with the morning clerk did they agree to honor the original booking and let us stay another night. Never again. Don't go here.

I had a nice stay, even though I was nervous after reading the bad reviews. The staff were kind. My first room had no hot water, which was stressful, but they moved me and the water worked great in the new room. That room faced right onto the entryway, which felt like a small safety concern. There was a staff member sitting there, though, and all my things were fine. I saw complaints about noise, but this is Mexico City, the largest city in the Americas. Traffic and some noise are to be expected, and a boutique hotel or Airbnb won't block it out. You'd need a big chain on a high floor for that. The location was perfect for me, and I enjoyed the stay.
