It was noisy because the hotel is next to a highway, but I’d stay here again. We walked to get tacos nearby at 11pm, and the neighborhood seemed safe to me. It’s in a good location, about 15 minutes from Angel of Independence, where you can catch local transportation.

Our room faced the highway, and the windows let in so much noise that we slept terribly. I’ve slept better in dorms with 15 other people than I did here. The staff were super nice, the inside looked beautiful, and the location was really convenient.

The hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in, and I’ll definitely come back. Gerardo at the front desk was especially great. He answered all my questions about Mexico City and the surrounding area, and even though I asked a lot, he never made me feel like a bother.

The room was neat and clean and had all the bells and whistles, but it was impossible to sleep with the noise. I stayed in room 307 beside busy highways, where motorcycles, heavy trucks, and modified cars revved their engines day and night. I woke at least eight times and couldn’t get back to sleep even with earplugs. This was the most expensive and worst hotel of my recent tour of three countries in North and South America, despite the glowing reviews that had given me high expectations. Before arriving, I tried four different WhatsApp contact numbers and emailed the hotel, with no response. I got there at 2 PM and no room was ready, even though checkout had been two hours earlier and rooms were vacant. I ended up staying at another hotel that was surprisingly much better and cost less than half.

I booked on the hotel’s official website in early September 2025 and got an email titled “Confirmed Reservation” for November 1-5, during the busy Day of the Dead season. Then, on October 27, they suddenly said the system “couldn’t guarantee” the booking and cancelled it. They offered no help, compensation, or goodwill, which felt completely unprofessional and left me paying much more for last-minute accommodation. Very disappointing.
