Hotel Zaragoza Inn Boutique

The way they handled our situation was the worst service I’ve had at any hotel. After our flight was delayed by five hours, my husband, child, and I arrived exhausted and ready to rest, only to find they’d cancelled the reservation I’d paid for specifically in case of a delay. We were in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night, trying to find a hotel that wasn’t rented by the hour. They wouldn’t even let us wait safely in the lobby while we looked for somewhere else. When we stepped outside onto the steps, they told us to move away. The lack of empathy over a situation they had created was astonishing. I don’t usually spend time writing reviews, but this made me angry enough to do it. I’d give zero stars if I could.
