Juárez is a real plus, with great coffee spots and restaurants nearby and easy ways to get around the city. The building itself stays peaceful and has a nice, natural sense of community. I had a great stay at Triver Coliving. My room was quiet, and the common areas were pleasant to use. Everything worked, and the place felt comfortable, clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. I’d stay again and recommend it if you want a well-located, low-stress place in Mexico City.

The neighborhood is pretty wild and noisy, so I had a hard time sleeping. That’s my bad, but it’s definitely not suited to rest, and this isn’t a business location. If you’re after a party-type place and ready for a good time, look no further. The concept is nice, the location is excellent, the place is super clean, and customer service was OUTSTANDING.

There are useful common areas, including a kitchen, coworking space, and self-service laundry, and they even put on free events. The building has 24-hour security, and the location is excellent for the metro or bus, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The room is about 19 square meters. Privacy was limited because of the wooden wall partitions. I could hear neighbors’ conversations and TVs the whole time. We also had renovations on our floor throughout our 10-day stay, and they didn’t move us elsewhere. Dust covered the common areas, and old coffee grounds were left in the machine for several days.

The rooftop terrace was beautiful, and we spent lots of time there. The accommodation is functional, with clean, minimalist decor, and several fully equipped kitchens were really convenient. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the security team was great. It’s right in the heart of Zona Rosa, a very lively area, so it can get noisy even late at night.

I stayed in a one-bedroom room here for a total of six months across three separate visits. I liked the property overall, and the rooftop area is nice, but weekends can be noisy because of the local clubs. The kitchens were often short on supplies, and sometimes dirty dishes and pots overflowed in the sinks. Service was generally great, though the elevator was down for most of the day for maintenance on at least a few occasions. The room is only about 8-9 square meters, so the wild price swings were hard to justify. My cheapest stay was $950/month, and the more expensive one was around $1250. I considered renewing for the fall, but the price jumped to over $2k/month. I understand there’s a seasonal aspect, but that seems insane for what this is. On my most recent stay, IVA (tax) wasn’t included in the rate shown on the reservation page and only appeared as an extra charge at checkout. On previous stays, the displayed price had been the actual total. The change surprised me, and I had to dispute the amount. They eventually honored the original price, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. Under Mexican consumer law, LFPC (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), Article 7 BIS, businesses must clearly show the total the consumer will pay, including taxes and mandatory charges. Showing one price during booking and adding IVA at checkout is considered deceptive pricing. I’m sharing this so other travelers know to double-check the final total before confirming a stay.
