Their business setup is excellent. If you need a meeting room, the service is top-notch, with catered breakfast, quality projectors, and a good sound system. Thanks to the team! The famous brunch lives up to the hype, with fantastic Mexican food plus international staples like pancakes, cheese platters, and smoked salmon. The hotel is nice, though the rooms and rest of the property could use a refresh. Compared with other Four Seasons locations around the world, the design feels dated, like it's stuck in time. It's also a massive hotel.

The courtyard was one of the best parts of our stay: lush greenery, a fountain, and outdoor seating made it feel like a quiet escape from the city, and the noise barely carried in. We loved the courtyard views and how peaceful the rooms stayed even at busy times. They're spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, lovely linens, Nespresso setups, and modern bathrooms. Service was impeccable, from the warm welcome to the attentive staff. Shoutout to the concierge team for spot-on restaurant recommendations. On Paseo de la Reforma, the location is hard to beat. Chapultepec Park is steps away, Polanco, Condesa, and Roma are easy walks, and major sights are quick to reach. We spent a few nights here in early 2026, and it was the luxurious, serene stay we hoped for in the middle of bustling Mexico City. Breakfast in the courtyard was fresh, delicious, and relaxed, and we enjoyed cocktails at the bar. The pool was a nice spot to unwind, though it's more for lounging than swimming laps. Some parts were still undergoing renovation during our stay, but it didn't noticeably disrupt anything. If you want a refined, reliable base for exploring CDMX without losing a sense of calm, this is it. Worth every peso. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The property has a lovely mix of elegance and charm, especially in the courtyard, and the recently renovated room we stayed in for three nights was well appointed. Staff went above and beyond in ways that felt personal and thoughtful, and we were really impressed. There was construction during certain hours, but they warned us well in advance, and we were planning to be out exploring during the day anyway. We'll be back!

We came for dinner and drinks, and found a wonderful oasis in the city. The staff were pleasant and attentive. Some tourists could use a lesson in manners before traveling abroad. They may have money, but not necessarily class or social grace.
