The place is about 30 minutes from Cuernavaca, and there's security at the entrance, so it feels safe. It is old, though, and has neither air conditioning nor WiFi.

The staff are excellent, very helpful, and respond right away when there's a problem in your room. The bigger issue is the lack of maintenance. The rooms have no air conditioning and get very hot.

4/10
The staff were excellent and attentive, and the pool stayed clean. But the rooms badly need maintenance, the jacuzzi is peeling, and the rooms get unbearably hot. The fans don't work, so they should install AC. Even with us as the only guests, the pool trash cans were overflowing. For such poor upkeep, this place is honestly very expensive.
