It's clean and the staff are friendly, so it's fine for a short stay. But the capsules have a thin mattress with poor support, and they're not soundproof, so you may hear noises several times during the night. The sleeping area is cooler than the rest of the place, too, and you could be cold unless you bring suitable sleepwear. If those inconveniences bother you, staying several days may be difficult.

The morning shift woman and the cleaner were kind and helpful, and the afternoon man was nice and helpful too. The overnight man, though, was extremely rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. He didn't seem to care at all, wouldn't say hello or look me in the eye, and failed to pass a message to the morning staff when I was extremely sick with food poisoning. The worst customer service ever from him. Maybe he took an overnight job thinking he wouldn't have to deal with customers. A horrible man. The place smells of deodorizer and cleaning supplies if that bothers you. I wouldn't recommend staying more than 2-3 days.

We loved it. Very clean, good, and the beds are really comfortable. We'll stay here again.

The people are friendly and it's a great hotel. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby.
